The conservatory is split into two rooms by a glass divide + door.
The first half (accessed from the dormitory room) includes a small television and DVD player, beanbags and a double sofabed, so can be used to keep children entertained or as a separate bedroom.
The second half has doors to the rear garden and includes children’s art ‘stuff’ and a large circular dining table surrounded by 8 chairs. (An additional table and 6 chairs can be found in the utility room)
There are various levels to the rear garden, including large flowerbeds and areas of tropical trees, a patio with table and chairs, a lawn with Swingball, large decking with BBQ and the top deck.
As Tall Timbers is built into a cliff, there are lots of slopes and drops on the property. Please be especially aware that the top decking and steps up to it should be used with care, and children should be accompanied in the rear garden. Please do not attempt to climb the cliff at the rear of the property.
The front garden includes areas of lawn, flowerbeds, the pond, summerhouse and drive, with access along the side of the house to the rear garden.
As Tall Timbers is built into a cliff, there are some large drops. In the front garden, there is a steep rockery from the top of the drive to the lawn below. Please ensure that children do not climb on the rockery and that everyone is aware of the drop!
